    EFNA5

    肝配蛋白A5(Ephrin A5,EFNA5)是受体酪氨酸激酶家族(RTKs)成员之一,定位于细胞膜,在皮肤、脑、脾、肾脏、心脏和脂肪中均有较高表达。酪氨酸激酶受体Eph及其膜结合配体Ephrin家族是发育相关神经生长抑制因子,在神经发育过程中的许多环节发挥着重要作用。它们激活突触双向信号通路激发突感的可塑性,调控局部神经元的投射、突触重塑、功能建立及干细胞的增殖分化迁移过程。Ephrin A5(EFNA5)是此家族配体中的研究热点之一。EFNA5能够与其受体结合发挥重要的生理功能,如参与神经发生、血管生成、促进细胞增殖与分化、平衡葡萄糖稳态、维持晶状体发育、调控雌性哺乳动物生殖、动员脂肪产热等等。新近研究发现Ephrin A5/EphA4可调控TrkB/PI-3K/Akt通路,与难治性癫痫慢性期自发性痫性发作机制相关。
