This kit detects total CoQ10, and the antibody in the kit is mouse monoclonal antibody.

Review: There was no constistency between dilutions of the same sample. The variability was large. Plus, the values of the healthy controls was outside of normal values (1:10 dilution gave 0.25 ug/ml, while 1:100 gave 2.56 ug/ml). Also, because of the negative correlation between concentration and absorbance, very difficult to calculate concentration of the sample. The only good thing is that the time required to measure coQ10 is short.

Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%

Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.

Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%

Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
